We ship worldwide! This includes mandatory tracking number for your convenience so you can check up on your jewels progress at any time! Please use your tracking number at www.auspost.com.au/track
General lead time to arrive to the US/Europe is around 3 weeks.
I endeavour to get your package out within 72hrs of when your order was placed. Custom orders have a longer lead time, which will be advised at the time of order confirmation (style time frames vary).
Please take note, you as the buyer, are responsible for any taxes or duties that may be incurred during the customs/importation process.
Wild Buck Jewellery will not be held accountable for lost or damaged packages during transit.
If you are for any reason unhappy with your order, please get in contact within 24hrs of receiving your parcel.
Your Wild Buck Jewellery piece is under warranty for the first 3 months from purchase date. If by any chance you have a warranty claim, please ensure that it meets the below criteria as we work hard to make sure your new jewel is in near mint condition. Return shipping must be paid by the buyer. Covered under warranty includes stones coming loose. It will be determined by Wild Buck Jewellery if the product is under manufacturers warranty.
Not included under warranty is dullness of metals/stones, jewellery that has been dropped/damaged, scratches, stolen or lost.
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns/exchanges on custom made pieces in any way, shape or form. We do, however, want you to be happy with your bespoke piece of jewellery, so if there is something that we need to fix, please get in touch with us and we will work on a solution!
If you do receive a piece that is not to your liking, you must contact us within 7 days to explain the situation. The jewellery must be in the exact state (unworn) and in original packaging to be returned/exchanged. The nature of the situation will determine if a refund or an exchange will be granted (at the discretion of Wild Buck Jewellery)
